2026 Splash Shop Supervisor (Manufacturing)
Responsibilities- Greet guests (within 2-3 seconds) who enter the retail location (Splash Shop) with a friendly welcoming smile.
- Retail Supervisor oversees the operation of retail location(s).
- Assist in setting up physical layout of retail locations under direction of revenue manager.
- Scan or type, if necessary, all retail items using the POS system. All transactions should be completed with cash or credit card payments.
- Conduct cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures at all times while ringing all sales transactions into the POS register.
- Provide great customer service by interacting with shoppers in a kind and professional manner.
- Assist guests with lost or missing parents (Code Reverse Adam) or children (Code Adam).
- Conduct sorting of new merchandise received, ensuring price tags and labels are correct.
- Maintain inventory counts and keep a record of all backstock merchandise.
- Organize all merchandise in the storage room (backstock) with co‑workers.
- Receive and stack all new store merchandise and verify they match the purchase order.
- Appropriate handling and storing of received goods and supplies for inventory control.
- Assist with putting away new items & shipments.
- Reticket and reconcile all returned merchandise from the previous day.
- Maintain backstock in an organized and controlled manner that facilitates selling, service, image standards and inventory control.
- Perform other duties as assigned by revenue or other departments as needed.
- Retail experience required (minimum 1 year).
- Supervision of immediate staff required.
- Skill understanding of different Point of Sale (POS) software.
- One year of guest services/hospitality experience preferred.
- Must be hard‑working, detail‑oriented, reliable and have great people skills.
- Must be able to work in high temperatures for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to unpack and stock merchandise, stand for long periods and walk on uneven surfaces.
- Able to count and accurately manage cash drawer.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Pay based on experience.
