Reports to: District Manager

• 4+ years of leadership/management experience (fitness industry a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CPR/AED certification required
• Proven track record in team leadership, operations, and member satisfaction
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by example
• Hands‑on, action‑oriented, thrive in fast‑paced, high‑energy environments
