Responsibilities
- Maintenance, Landscaping, and Construction - Responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness important for a safe, visually appealing environment.
- Duties include keeping walkways and group areas clean, emptying trash cans, and keeping planters and grass areas mowed and free of weeds and debris.
- Other duties may include set‑up for special events, landscaping and small construction jobs.
- Pay based on experience.
- Must be able to work in high temperatures for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stand for long periods of time and walk on uneven surfaces.
- These outdoor positions require continuous walking, bending, stooping, lifting, moving and a tolerance for sun.
