The California pay range for this position is $16.50 – $62.00 hourly.  This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity.  Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, location, and a variety of other benefits.
