Contract Administrator

Krazan & Associates, Inc is a full-service engineering firm with offices across the West Coast. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support our Fresno, CA office.

• Draft, review and revise construction-related contracts, including subcontracts, professional service agreements, purchase orders, and change orders
• Assist project managers with contract negotiation and risk assessment
• Maintain and update standard contract templates and clauses to align with company policies and industry standards
• Conduct legal and factual research related to construction law, risk management, and compliance requirements
• Prepare summaries, reports, and correspondence for attorneys and project stakeholders
• Coordinate with project management, procurement, and finance teams to ensure contractual compliance

• Minimum 3-5 years of paralegal experience, with at least 2 years focused on construction contracts or construction law
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
• Strong understanding of construction law principles, contract drafting and document management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
