To advise and inform Administration in a timely manner

To advise and inform Administration in a timely manner of all current, developing or anticipated concerns relative to the provision of instructional programs and services at the school site.

• Serve as summer school principal, concerning instructional programs and services.
• Make recommendations concerning curriculum and instructional materials.
• Manage and supervise the operation of a school.
• Maintain student discipline in the schools through the appropriate school based leadership.
• Supervise school based state and federal programs.
• Recommend personnel positions in the site/district.
• Consult with staff members in planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the activities of their respective areas of responsibility.
• Interpret and administer the policies, rules and regulations of the Board of Trustees.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of the school budget.
• Prepare such reports as the Assistant Superintendent may request.
• Assume instructional responsibility for all relevant services.
• Participate in the general management of the district.
• Demonstrate professional demeanor, attitude, and conduct across all areas of responsibility and authority.
• Demonstrate successful leadership.
• Provides leadership commensurate with the needs of summer school.

Must possess a valid California Administrative Services Credential.
Administrative experience at a school site.
