Rentals Associate

Overview

The RENTALS ASSOCIATE assists in the smooth operation of the Rentals department. These duties involve assisting guests with cabana rentals, directing them to rented cabana locations, helping with tube and locker rentals if needed, and providing excellent customer service for any other needs they may have during their visit.

• Interact with park guests
• Be knowledgeable about the park and what it has to offer
• Assist guests to cabana locations
• Provide information to guests about park amenities
• Provide guests their rented Single and/or Double person tubes
• Assist rentals staff with collection and storage of rental tubes located throughout the park at the end of each business day
• Ensure all tubes are maintained and ready for guest use (proper inflation, leak checks, and repairs as needed)
• Perform light housekeeping of rental cabanas as needed, especially at the end of each day

The work environment is outdoors and may involve varying degrees of heat during the park schedule from May to September.

• Must be able to work in high temperatures for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to unpack and stock merchandise, stand for long periods of time, and walk on uneven surfaces.
• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Pay based on experience.
