Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Clovis, CA, for a DRE Department Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Bureau of Real Estate (DRE) department. Your daily tasks will include document preparation, data entry, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with team members, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with DRE requirements.

You will also assist in tracking project timelines and ensuring timely submission of project deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate, administrative support, or a similar role is an advantage
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
