Warehouse Associate - Closter, NJ

We are seeking warehouse associates to join our team at Closter, New Jersey
. The role is on‑site and covers inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. It offers flexible shifts, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow in a leading HVAC and sheet metal manufacturing environment.

Open shifts: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM & 1:30 PM–10:00 PM

Pay: $17–$18 per hour

• Accurately pick and pack orders based on packing lists or instructions.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, document damages, and label/stow received goods.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records, cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks,.inf­ and other equipment safely while moving materials.
• Prepare shipping labels, load trucks, and ensure shipments are sealed fled & labeled.
• Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or defective items.
• Adhere to safety protocols, keep the warehouse clean, and dispose full of debris.
• Collaborate with colleagues and help train new employees when needed.

• High school diploma or GED (additional training is beneficial).
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.
• Physical ability to bronze up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication skills and teamwork aptitude.
