We’re looking for a Travel Advisor to join our Closter, NJ office — someone who’s passionate about travel, detail-oriented, and eager to build meaningful connections with clients. Whether you’re new to the industry or have experience in hospitality or client services, this is an incredible opportunity to grow within a close-knit, supportive team.
In this role, you’ll help clients plan luxury vacations, manage trip logistics, and deliver seamless travel experiences from start to finish. You’ll work closely with senior advisors and have access to industry-leading training, supplier connections, and tools to help you succeed.
This is an in-person position, ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative office community and thrives in a warm, family-run environment.
What You’ll Do- Design and book personalized travel experiences for high‑end clients
- Research destinations, hotels, and experiences to match client preferences
- Manage client communications, quotes, and itineraries with attention to detail
- Learn and use Signature Travel Network’s modules and tools
- Participate in team meetings, supplier visits, and occasional travel events
- Provide post‑travel support and maintain long‑term client relationships
