$15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including greeting, eye contact, courtesy, proactive help, and thorough service.

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Recommend items for sale to customers and trade‑up or companion items.
• Register customer purchases on the assigned cash register, collect cash, distribute change, and process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain counters, shelves, inventory, pricing, and records. Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised.
• Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sales merchandise.
• Have working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities (monitor orders, pick items, deliver orders to customers).
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to keep the store clean and orderly.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico.)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
