Position: Lawn Care Specialist / General Labor

Naturescape is seeking to hire a Lawn Care Specialist in Des Moines, IA to provide our customers with outstanding services for their residential and commercial properties.

$19/hr - $26+/hr is the average pay you can earn including incentives and overtime opportunities. Starting wage is $19+/hr. As a specialist, you can significantly increase your average hourly pay by earning significant weekly performance-based incentives. The majority of our specialists earn bonuses each week, and our top-performing specialists make an extra $15,000+ per year in performance-based bonuses alone. Overtime opportunities are frequently available.

A Day in the Life of a Lawn Care Specialist

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you enjoy spending your working day outdoors in various weather conditions. You typically work 10 hour days, 4 days per week (with variations due to weather and customer needs). You consult with residential and commercial customers on a full range of lawn and landscape issues to assess their needs. Your customer service skills and training enable you to ensure customer satisfaction with your services.

You drive company vehicles to customer locations, where you provide lawn care, lawn aeration, mowing, tree/shrub care and pruning, mosquito control, and snow removal. Your dedication and ability to build rapport help you meet customers’ lawn and landscape goals and expectations.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Motivated with a desire to learn
