The Salvation Army (Central) - - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff and manage scheduling/payroll;
Develop and implement strategies to meet production and sales goals; oversee donation, sorting, pricing, and presentation;
Oversee store maintenance, safety and appearance; ensure OSHA and Salvation Army safety compliance;
Manage cash handling, daily deposits, and inventory for designated product lines;
Communicate with Regional Manager and Department Heads; provide daily reports; address customer complaints; supervise time/attendance
