Clive Behavioral Health is a 100-inpatient bed stand-alone mental health hospital. We also offer intensive outpatient programming (IOP) for adolescents aged 13 to 17 and a substance use disorder intensive outpatient program for adults called First Step Recovery. Our goal with all of our programs is to help people reach their highest quality of life.

Responsibilities- The Receptionist is responsible for greeting employees and visitors in person and over the phone and providing admission process information and routine hospital information.
- Informs Walk-Ins of CBH's services, evaluations, and admissions processes, and assists in entering individuals seeking care on the EMTALA log.
- Initiate and maintain 15 minute checks for individuals awaiting assessments/admission per the observation policy and procedures, and communicate changes in monitored individuals' conditions to the Admissions Department.
- Sign for, receive, and route incoming mail, including courier deliveries, and provide back-up clerical support to other departments.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED - Experience:
Prefer one (1) year experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting. - License/Certification: CPR required, and current Mandatory Reporter certification for adult/child (can be obtained during orientation).
- Hiring shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (Monday - Friday)
