Lead Generation Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the inbound leads and enquiries, qualify the lead and schedule appointments with potential clients for the Sales Consultants. You will work in a modern and dynamic office environment. The role combines a proactive approach to making outbound warm calls, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target audience.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Consultants to discuss tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on leads and client interactions.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and build rapport.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar lead generation or marketing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a driven working environment, managing time and tasks effectively.

The salary is negotiable, approx. 28-33k per annum + bonus.
