Aerospace Manufacturing | Burnley | Temp to Permanent Opportunity - 17.50 - 19 pay rate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller (Setter/Operator) to join a well-established aerospace manufacturer based in Burnley, Lancashire.

This is an initial 4-week temporary contract with a strong likelihood of extension. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to a permanent position.

The Role

CNC Milling within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment

Setting and operating CNC milling machines (programming not essential)

Manufacturing high-precision components to tight aerospace tolerances

Reading and working from detailed engineering drawings

Ensuring all work meets strict quality and inspection standards

Shifts

Days:
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

Early finish on Fridays

Opportunity to move onto late shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (4 days per week)

No weekend work

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Setter/Operator)

Aerospace experience preferred

Confident working with a range of CNC milling machines

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
