Pay
£12.87 increasing to £14.80 after 12 weeks
ShiftsMonday to Friday
6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm - rotating shifts
To assemble, press and wash components to manufacture valves, cans and components using automated production equipment within the CMF and Valve Assembly department, maintaining a safe working environment and GMP standards.
Role Responsibilities- Adhere to site regulations working safely and complying with all company safe working practices and procedures
- Complete all paperwork in real time, accurately and legibly and in line with the company GMP procedures and policy
- Carry out safety checks and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping
- Report all quality issues to the Production Leader/Group Leader immediately
- Ensure a thorough and effective daily handover to include current setup and running status, using the Tier 1 process
- To display behaviors linked to our Client's PRECISE values
- Continuous monitoring of machines during production
- Working to specific and detailed written instructions
- Adhere to mandatory site policies
- Some manufacturing and /press operating experience would be beneficial
- VA Operator - experience in automation / assembly would be advantageous, but not essential
