IT Technician - Full Time (5 Days per Week)

The Headteacher of a secondary school in Clitheroe is seeking a reliable and proactive IT Technician to support the day-to-day running of the school's IT department. This is a full-time role (5 days per week), providing hands‑on technical support to staff and pupils. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving issues with staff and student devices, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the school's systems and network infrastructure.

• Provide first‑line technical support for staff and pupil devices
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support the maintenance of the school network and IT systems
• Assist with installations, updates, and general IT administration
• Enhanced DBS on the update service is required, or willingness to apply.

Hours:

To be confirmed, but in line with standard school hours.

This is a long-term placement with no fixed end date at present, offering stability and the opportunity to become a valued member of the school community.
