We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Teacher for a full-time, on-site role located in Seksyen BB7 Bukit Beruntung. The Pilates Teacher will develop and lead tailored Clinical Pilates sessions to support recovery and overall wellness for clients of all levels. Additional responsibilities include assessing clients’ needs, creating individualized programs, guiding exercises, and collaborating with physiotherapists to ensure evidence-based approaches to care.

The role also involves fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for an enjoyable and effective practice.

• Expertise in Pilates instruction, including developing personalized and group exercise programs
• Knowledge in rehabilitation, recovery practices, and evidence-based approaches
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a diverse clientele
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals like physiotherapists
• Certification in Pilates instruction; experience in Clinical Pilates is highly preferred
• Commitment to promoting inclusivity and safe movement practices
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or fitness environment is a plus
