Quality Manager

An established precision engineering manufacturing business supplying complex machined components into highly regulated industries. They offer a range of engineering solutions from a well-invested site with state-of-the-art equipment, where quality is key to their success.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading your team to ensure compliance with ISO
  9001 and AS9100 and customer quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining the site's quality management system.
• Overseeing inspection, metrology, and production quality controls.
• Managing internal and external audits across a precision engineering operation.
• Driving continuous improvement and quality performance across the business.

• HNC/HND or above in mechanical engineering, or similar, or qualified by experience.
• Experience in a quality leadership role in a precision engineering, CNC machining environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of ISO
  9001, AS9100 and industry quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills, able to lead by example to raise standards.
• A structured, hands-on approach to quality management.
