This is a relationship-led Fleet & Commercial Vehicle Consultant position where you will:
- Develop and introduce new business to Pro Fleet Services Ltd
- Strengthen existing client relationships by identifying further ways to support their fleet requirements and deliver added value
- Manage your own portfolio of clients from initial consultation through to vehicle order, funding arrangement and ongoing account management
- Conduct credit assessments, select appropriate funding partners and oversee the completion of transactions
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director to deliver a market-leading, client-focused service
The role carries responsibility for both expanding existing accounts and proactively securing new clients. You will take full ownership of your relationships, ensuring a professional, consultative and seamless service throughout the entire client journey.

About YouThe successful candidate will have approximately two years’ experience within either
:
- A fleet-focused leasing broker
- A corporate dealership
- A fleet management company
You will demonstrate:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing both new and existing client accounts
- The ability to identify and convert growth opportunities within a portfolio
- A competent level of commercial vehicle knowledge
- Existing relationships with companies operating both car and commercial vehicle fleets
- A long-term, career-focused mindset with a professional and consultative approach
The package includes a competitive basic salary, commission and performance‑related bonus. For the right individual, expected on‑target earnings will exceed £50,000
