Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an NQA Manager, located in Clinton, TN. The NQA Manager will oversee quality assurance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage internal audits and assessments. Responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of quality standards, identifying process improvements, and collaborating across teams to uphold strict quality and safety guidelines. The NQA Manager will play a key role in ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications- Expertise in quality assurance standards, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience with internal auditing, process evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for managing quality assurance and compliance
- Prior experience in defense, space, or fire service industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
