We are currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for our Clinton, Tennessee facility. This position will be on the 2nd shift which is 3:00PM‑11:30PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures employees are working safely and all safety guidelines are being followed
- Works with Production and Technical Services to address any non‑conformances promptly so that there are no delivery delays
- Works with Quality team and Production team to address off‑color issues and other quality issues
- Orders and maintains QC supplies
- Assists with gauge R&R studies as needed
- Assists in non‑conformance investigations
- Reviews products for improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma & 5 years in Quality Control experience or 2 years Quality Supervision experience
- Proven leadership skills and a working knowledge of the QMS and all process flows.
- Strong knowledge of existing systems including QMS and Microsoft Office, experience with D365 preferred
- Ability to manage day‑to‑day activities to achieve company goals.
