Job Summary

As a Quality Technician, you will conduct line audits, inspect and test manufactured goods, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product integrity and safety.

Work Schedule
  • Day Shift
    : 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM
  • Week 1:
    Monday–Tuesday work, Wednesday–Thursday off, Friday–Sunday work

    Monday–Tuesday off, Wednesday–Thursday work, Friday–Sunday off
Sign‑On Bonus

$500 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days, totaling $1,500.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily line audits to proactively correct defects and identify root‑cause corrective actions.
  • Inspect and test manufactured goods to ensure safety and meet/exceed acceptable tolerances.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail and focus on product integrity.
  • Contribute to a fast‑paced, high‑speed environment following standardized work and safe practices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support functions to ensure continuous production of high‑quality products.
  • Exhibit a team‑oriented, goal‑driven, and motivated approach.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office‑Word and Excel.
  • Experience using standard tools and product quality measuring devices.
  • Experience with quality laboratory equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Experience with material specification and requirement check sheets.
  • Basic mathematical competencies.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP data management systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of root‑cause and corrective action processes and procedures is a plus.

  • Recognize color spectrum and differentiate colors.
  • Move around manufacturing floor, bend, stoop, twist in performance of duties.
  • Lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Teamwork with effective communication skills required.
  • Flexibility to work overtime if needed.

    Starting at $18/hr, DOE.
