**** JOB QUALIFICATION
*** 2 years minimum of leadership experience
* Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
* Maintenance experience helpful but not required
** SKILLS/ABILITIES
*** Individual must be a good communicator and a good listener
* Must have good understanding of manufacturing operations, machine set-up and changeovers, safety, and quality issues
* Good problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
* Must possess good interpersonal skills, present a positive attitude, and set a good example.
* Ability to inspect products using fixtures and precise measuring equipment
* Ability to evaluate performance and address discipline issues
* Ability to work overtime hours including weekends required
* Must be able to speak, read, and write English
