Maintenance Technician - Typical

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a first shift position to be responsible for the effective and efficient operations of all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems relating to plant production equipment as well as plant facility equipment. The right candidate will have a minimum of 10 years applicable experience, strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with switches, sensors, pneumatic cylinders, and automated transfer line material handling devices.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems across manufacturing and facilities, including conveyors, sensors, and pneumatic components.
• Troubleshoot equipment using schematics, meters (ohm/multi-meters), and PLCs; diagnose faults and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Weld or fabricate as needed to restore or modify equipment and supports; document work in the CMMS and communicate status with supervision.
• Monitor equipment performance, perform calibrations, and coordinate with maintenance team on parts, scheduling, and safety compliance.
