At Dura-Line, we create what connects us! We're seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to perform inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with our production team to drive continuous improvements and uphold the highest safety and quality standards for our products.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:15pm)
* Candidate must be able to work 1st Shift hours for a minimum of 3 weeks for training.

Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days totaling $1,500.00.

Referral Bonus: $500 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days totaling $1,500.00 for a candidate that is hired.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing, Non-Climate Controlled, Variable Temperatures, Team Oriented, On-The-Job Training.

Conduct daily line audits to proactively correct defects and identify root cause corrective actions.

Inspect and test manufactured goods to ensure safety and meet/exceed acceptable tolerances.

Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, focusing on maintaining product integrity.

Actively contribute to a fast-paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work and safe practices in a continuous improvement setting.

Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of high-quality products.

Exhibit a team-oriented, goal-driven, and motivated approach.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment.

Must have working knowledge and skills using MS Office-Word and Excel.

Experience utilizing standard tools and product quality measuring devices is required.

Experience using quality lab equipment is a plus.

Ability to read, write and understand the English language.

Experience with using material specification and requirement check sheets.

Must have basic mathematical competencies.

Experience with SAP or ERP data management systems preferred.

Knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes and procedures is a plus.

The compensation for this position will typically range from $18/hr the actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
