• Site Preparation and Cleanup:
  Assisting with the construction of roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects.
• Team Support:
  Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure efficient workflow and prevent delays.
• Safety & Quality:

• Experience in Site Preparation.
• Physical Labor:
  Digging, lifting, loading, and unloading materials, clearing debris, and assisting with heavy equipment operation.
• Material Handling:
  Transporting and handling materials, including asphalt, concrete and other construction materials.
• Assisting with various construction tasks, such as paving, grading and other site work.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

• Familiarity with DOT, COE, and regulatory standards.
