NHC Clinton, located in the South Carolina upstate and a short drive from Greenville, has a need for a day and night shift nurse. This beautiful 131‑bed skilled nursing facility is looking for an RN with a positive attitude, dependable and punctual, and a quick learner with electronic documentation.
ResponsibilitiesWork with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care, maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families, ensure appropriate nursing care is being provided, assist with medications and treatments as needed, and perform other patient care duties as assigned.
