As a Nursing Assistant you deliver patient care and support the interdisciplinary team:
- Personal care (ADL) – bathing, nutrition, elimination, safety, and housekeeping.
- Vital sign monitoring, wound care, and post‑mortem care.
- Participate in IDT and case conferences.
- Document clinical care in accordance with HPCCR guidelines.
- Maintain CPR and other certifications; pursue professional development.
4), additional duties include: sterile wound dressing, ostomy care, urinary catheter replacement, and oxygen therapy monitoring.
- Minimum 1 year experience; experience in home care, terminally ill, or geriatrics preferred.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
