Hours:

Full‑time M‑F.

• Abide by 3HC's Compliance Program and Code of Ethics.
• Create positive experiences for patients, staff, and visitors, demonstrating courtesy, tact, and knowledge of agency services.
• Manage assigned cases and assist the office in achieving positive patient outcomes, strategic plans, and budget goals.
• Conduct complete patient assessments to identify appropriate care needs.
• Document care electronically and download daily records.
• Complete OASIS at required points such as admission, resumption, and recertification.
• Provide regular supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses and paraprofessionals according to regulatory and CMS/Hospice guidelines.
• Communicate patient issues timely through appropriate chain of command.
• Ensure correct billing of services for 3HC.
• Demonstrate cost‑effective use of agency resources, monitoring waste and ensuring safe supply usage.

• Registered Nurse licensed in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Preferable one year of Home Health experience.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.
