Network Analyst II

Sampson Regional Medical Center is searching for a Network Analyst II to join the MIS Infrastructure team!

Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This position supports and administers Cisco VoIP systems, Windows Server environments, VMware virtualization platforms, and Microsoft 365 services. The role involves system administration, network operations, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal teams to support day-to-day operations and long-term technology initiatives. Additionally, this position involves creating and modifying organizational policies, creation of workflows, support and maintenance of systems, system updates, and Tier 3 support.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent discipline required. Master's degree, preferred.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT, or 5 years of IT experience in another industry.

* Cisco Unified Communications and VMware experience preferred.

* CCNA, Network +, Microsoft, VMware, and/or SAN certifications preferred.

Hours:

Minimum 40-hour work week. Rotating weekly call, flex schedules and shift work are possible during implementation. May be required to work other hours for effective department operations.
