Job DescriptionLocation: The primary location is 215 Beaman Street, Clinton NC 28328. The secondary required location is 2802 McLamb Place, Goldsboro NC 27534 which will be at least one day a week. Travel mileage will be paid.
Shift: Days Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Responsibilities- Responds to patient inquiries and provides accurate information.
- Performs patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
- Answers phone calls and directs them appropriately.
- Collects co-pays and outstanding balances from patients. Handles claims on hold from the CLAIMS WORKLIST. Manages calls related to billing and insurance inquiries. Processes upfront applications for the extended pay program. Processes deposits for upfront collections and payments. Rekeys or rescans returned checks as needed. Other duties as assigned.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
Pay Range$15.96 - $25.53
