Position: Permanent - Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) Hospital-Employed Practice North Carolina
Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a well-established, hospital-owned womens health practice in North Carolina. Position Highlights Compensation & Benefits Highly competitive compensation package

Salary range: $360,000 $ 400,000, with final compensation based on experience

Work Schedule & Practice Details

Schedule:

Monday Thursday 8:00 AM5:00 PM;
Friday 8:00 AM12:00 PMCall:
Shared call rotation (1:4), approximately 7 days per month

Average daily patient volume: 1520 patients per provider (35 new OB visits)
Combined daily clinic volume: 2535 patients

Patient mix:
Approximately 80% OB / 20% GYNDeliveries: 27 per month on average, including 11 C-sections per month

Deliveries occur in a dedicated in-hospital L&D unit; C-sections performed in the main OR Surgical block time typically available daily at noon, plus a morning block one day per week

EMR:
Meditech Expanse

GYN laparoscopic experience required (robotic surgery not currently available)
Support & Leadership No APPs in clinic; providers supported by 12 MAs/LPNs and a front-desk coordinator

Additional FMOB joining to expand support
24/7 Anesthesiology and Radiology coverage

Strong, physician-led leadership team Collaborative hospital environment with access to General Surgery, Orthopedics, Primary Care, and Urology Opportunities for CME participation and resident teaching

Requirements

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Active or eligible North Carolina medical license

Comfortable managing full-scope OB/GYN care including surgical cases

Interest in collaborative practice and long-term community engagement
