Required Skills
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in emergency medicine or urgent care settings
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Meditech 6.1 or similar systems
- Must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
- Prior experience with ICU or critical care environments
- Advanced certifications such as ATLS, ACLS, or PALS
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Active or near-active medical license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred; new graduates considered if appropriately credentialed
- Availability for the scheduled shifts starting on April 5, 2026, including overnight and day shifts
- Willingness to complete and maintain necessary certifications and credentials
- Must be able to work standard solo ER coverage during 12-hour shifts
- Housing provided in hospital-owned apartments
- Travel reimbursement capped at $500 per assignment
