This is a full‑time, on‑site Fleet Manager position located in Clinton, MS. The Fleet Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, optimizing fleet performance, and managing logistics to ensure efficient service delivery. Additional responsibilities include monitoring fleet maintenance schedules, managing driver assignments, analyzing data to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with various teams to streamline operations. The role will require clear communication and strong organizational skills to lead and direct team efforts effectively.

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance practices
• Extensive experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
• Proficiency in Operations Management and ability to manage complex logistical processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, solving problems, and implementing improvements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
• Commitment to achieving safety, efficiency, and performance goals
• Proficiency with fleet management software and other relevant tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is highly beneficial
