• Manage daily operations to keep the salon running smoothly and stylishly.
• Hire, train, and coach a high-performing crew that hits goals and builds a loyal client base.
• Drive revenue through memberships, retail, and services by using your proven sales techniques and leadership know-how.
• Create a clean, inviting, and energetic space customers love coming back to.
• Track sales metrics, manage budgets, handle cash, and stay on top of admin responsibilities.
• Promote in-store and in the community to grow awareness and boost traffic.

• $50,000–$55,000/year total compensation (Base + Bonus + Commission).
