Store Manager – Take 5 Oil Change

The Take 5 Family is hiring a shop manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of our store, ensuring a high‑quality, hassle‑free oil change experience for customers.

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage a team of shop associates and technicians.
• Motivate the crew, hold team members accountable, and make personnel decisions.
• Ensure customer service standards are met, checking in with customers before they leave.
• Control inventory, conduct end‑of‑period (EOP) and end‑of‑year (EOY) inventory checks, and place product orders.
• Understand shop financials to drive results and beat budget targets.
• Conduct quarterly employee evaluations, submit payroll, and create crew schedules.
• Support technicians with their duties and maintain a safe work environment in the shop pit.

• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to work early hours, approximately 55 hours per week.
• Adaptability to change and a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate in hot or cold weather.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related supervisory role is preferred (not required).
