• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great, customized hair and beauty solution.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Ensure safety and security by having staff follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a store appearance that reflects a high standard of presentation.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• The position requires physical exertion such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting of moderately heavy items; may involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines and exposure to irritant chemicals.
