LTC Physician Care, PC is a specialized medical group committed to providing exceptional care for patients in skilled nursing facilities throughout Michigan, ensuring their unique healthcare needs are met with expertise and compassion.

Job Structure

• This is an in-person position
• Physician will commute directly between home and their assigned facilities
• Physician will collaborate directly with their APPs
• Physician will act as Medical Director within their facilities
• After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers

Employment Type

• Part Time

Requirements And Qualifications

• Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
• Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
• Candidates must have completed a valid U.S. certification program

Compensation And Benefits

• Productivity-Based Compensation Model (No Cap)
• Mileage reimbursement
• Monthly phone stipend
• Paid professional liability-malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Company provided laptop and accessories
