Speech Language Pathologist

Overview

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide coverage in a supportive K–12 school district in Clinton, MS. These assignments offer a great way to step into a collaborative team, make an impact, and explore future opportunities with PTS!

• In-person roles with the flexibility to focus on treatments, evaluations, or both.
• Opportunity to supervise Clinical Fellows, mentor fieldwork students, or simply focus on direct services.

• School-Based Academy available for therapists newer to school settings.
• Assistance with licensing and credentialing, if needed.

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Mississippi SLP License (or willingness to obtain; PTS can help with the process).
• Experience with K–12 students preferred, but not required for applicants eager to learn.
• Ability to complete school-based evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct/indirect services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099).
