Clinton ED Registration Representative

Position: Clinton ED Registration Representative 16 Hours Days
UMass Memorial Health -  - Responsibilities:
Register patients for inpatient and outpatient services and enter demographic and financial information into the registration/scheduling system;
Answer telephones, assist with patient way finding, and provide estimates;
Obtain signatures on paperwork (consent, HIPAA, Medicare Rights, etc.) and maintain confidentiality;
Verify insurance eligibility and collect patient financial responsibility, including copays and deductibles;
Process pre-registrations for all appointment types and locations (excluding ER) and handle downtime tasks as needed
