UMass Memorial Health - - Responsibilities:
Provides clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes seen in patients.;
Maintains patient safety by performing patient safety checks and following restraint policy standards when caring for restrained patients.;
Assists patient with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, ambulating, meals and nourishment.;
Takes and records vital signs and measures patients' weights and heights.;
Assists RN/Licensed Independent Practitioner with treatments and procedures and prepares patient and equipment.
