Job Summary: Bay-CSS is seeking a Part-Time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work 1:1 Monday - Friday from 4pm to 9pm in Waldorf, MD. The ideal candidate will provide support and care for residents, assist with daily activities, medication management, and ensure their overall well-being. A valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance is required for this role.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and recreational activities.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to provide comprehensive care.
