What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain and grow an operational and security mindset in relation to access control within the Federal Government space
  • Educate North American Sales Team members on effective engagement with the Federal Government vertical
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships within Federal Government accounts to generate opportunities
  • Identify product gaps to enhance exposure in the enterprise access control market
  • Manage business unit resources, including demo equipment and marketing budgets
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in Access Control, with a focus on government sales preferred
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate product solutions
  • Proven record of achievement in delivering results and building collaborative relationships
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy
  • Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in government sales
  • Familiarity with competitive products and pricing in the access control market
  • Ability to travel across North America as needed
