RN Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and frequent rounds to assess resident care and conditions
  • Supervise, direct, and support healthcare staff
  • Communicate concerns to administrative staff as needed
  • Assist with resident care duties when required
  • Build strong relationships with residents and families
  • Complete documentation according to company, state, and federal standards
  • Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Respond professionally to emergencies in both residential and skilled settings
  • Participate in on-call rotation and assignments
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina
  • CPR Certification
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Strong clinical assessment abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency
