• Nursing Shift: Day shifts, 3x12-hour (07:00 – 19:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Weekend/Holiday Coverage:
  Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Charting System:
  Cerner EMR
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,630 - $1,750

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience (within the last 8 months in an ED with at least 45,600 visits/year)
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Active RN license in Maryland or a compact state
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Expert triage and clinical assessment skills
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR (preferred)
• Two supervisor references required
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)

• Perform triage and prioritize patient care in a fast-paced emergency room
• Initiate IVs, conduct phlebotomy, and manage isolation precautions
• Care for ventilated patients and those requiring CPAP/BiPAP
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias for adult and pediatric patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, social services, rapid response, and pharmacy
• Deliver expert emergency care to neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
