IT Technician- South Roaming Windows 11

Overview

Metro South Roaming role Field Support Technician - Clinton, Springfield, CA, Waldorf, MD, South DC, Georgetown, Chevy Chase, MD.

• Must have a good car
• Site‑to‑site mileage reimbursed
• Resource must be very dependable and show up on time; no daily hovering.
• Hours and site visits monitored via badge access
• Shift: Monday‑Friday 9:00 – 5:30 pm

• Incident resolution – software break/fix
• IMACs – installation of software, machine upgrades, etc.
• Refresh operations
• Support peripherals for scanning paper and , barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers

• Basic experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Experience with deskside support in a hospital environment (a plus)
• Experience with Service Now – preferred, not required
• Experience with Log Me In
• Ticketing system is Service Now
• Tech walk‑up bar at staffed locations

• 3 to 5 years Windows 10 Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment
• 3 to 5 years end‑user client‑LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment
• Customer Service experience
• Must be fully vaccinated

This is a Contract position based out of Clinton, MD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $26.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Clinton, MD.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 3, 2026.
