Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Three shifts per week (3x12 schedule)

• Every other weekend required

• Patient ratio of 4:1 for days, nights, and weekends

• Float to ICU and Med Surg as needed

• ICU experience required - travelers will cover both IMC and ICU units

• 2 years of nursing experience required

• First-time travelers accepted

• MS/Tele and Cardiac Telemetry experience required

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

• Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms

• Experience with Cerner charting system required

• 24 hours of orientation provided

• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)

• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations

• Unit has 12 beds with daily census of 9 patients

• Care for patients with cardiac, neuro, respiratory, and GI/GU diagnoses

• Work with equipment including vents/trachs, IV non-titratable drips, HFNC, and dialysis equipment
