Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Schedule options: 3x12 or 4x12 shifts (36 hours or 48 hours per week)

• Every other weekend required for duration of contract

• Float required within skillset/acuity level

• 36 hours of orientation provided

• 2 years of nursing experience required

• Travel experience required

• Community hospital experience required

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred

• Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms

• Experience with Cerner charting system required

• Patient ratio experience of 6:1 required

• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations

• Skills include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, post-MI care, feeding tube management, pre/post hemodialysis management, port access, blood product administration, IV management, heparin protocols, CVA care, pre/post neurosurgery, spinal cord injury care, traumatic brain injury, total joint replacement, chest tube management, CPAP/BIPAP, high flow nasal cannula, ABG interpretation, tracheostomy care, isolation precautions, and wound care

• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions

• Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing

• Two supervisor references required
